Delivered by highly trained and experienced practitioners, TIP is designed around each participant and works to address individual needs on a 1-2-1 basis. Educational workshops are also available for corporate enterprises that seek to raise awareness amongst groups, with the programme providing a platform that embeds an anti-stigma approach to mental health in the workplace.
Recipients who engage in The Iceberg Programme experience an increased sense of both mental and physical wellbeing, as well as heightened resilience. Drawing on coping strategies that have been learnt throughout the programme, individuals enjoy an increased ability to self-regulate and manage their mental health. This leads to increased productivity, decreased absenteeism and enhanced workforce morale.
In accordance with the CCG framework to deliver high quality healthcare for all, The Iceberg Programme addresses mental health at work for those with existing issues, for those at risk, and for the workforce as a whole.
